These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Maxim Autos website at maximautos.com, operated by Maxim Autos, a licensed Illinois used motor vehicle dealer located at 9101 Terminal Ave, Skokie, IL 60077. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Maxim Autos is licensed by the Illinois Secretary of State, Department of Business Services, as a Class D Used Vehicle Dealer. Dealer complaints may be directed to the Illinois Secretary of State's office.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

2. Vehicle Sales — AS-IS Disclosure

3. Pricing Accuracy Disclaimer

Vehicle prices displayed on this website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display accurate and current pricing, we do not guarantee that prices shown are free of error.

4. Payment and Financing Estimate Disclaimer

Any monthly payment estimates, loan calculators, or financing illustrations on this website are for general informational purposes only and do not represent a credit decision, loan commitment, or guaranteed financing offer.

5. Title and Registration Disclaimer

Maxim Autos processes vehicle title transfers and Illinois license plate registration on behalf of buyers as a convenience service. The following applies to all Illinois title and plate transactions:

• chevron_right Title transfer is processed through the Illinois Secretary of State in accordance with the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/). Processing times are set by the State and are outside Maxim Autos' control.
• chevron_right Metal license plates are issued at the time of sale where inventory is available, subject to Illinois Secretary of State rules and applicable plate fees.
• chevron_right Title fees, registration fees, and applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated at the time of sale based on purchase price and Illinois state rates.
• chevron_right Federal odometer disclosure law (49 U.S.C. § 32705) requires a written odometer statement at the time of title transfer. Buyers acknowledge receipt of the odometer disclosure as part of the sale documentation.
• chevron_right Out-of-state buyers are responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Maxim Autos will provide the necessary title documents but is not responsible for the registration requirements of other states.

6. Inventory Availability Disclaimer

Vehicle listings on this website reflect current inventory to the best of our ability. However, inventory changes frequently. A vehicle displayed on this website may have been sold, placed under deposit, or removed from sale since the page was last updated. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed directly with us. Contact us before making any trip to the dealership to verify a specific vehicle is still available.

7. No Warranty on Website Accuracy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maxim Autos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it. This includes but is not limited to reliance on pricing, availability, or payment estimates displayed on the site. This limitation does not apply to direct claims arising from a completed vehicle sale transaction.
